By creating an account on Online Manzimyoor, you agree to these terms. Please read them with your family.
1. Who may use the service
- The service is for finding a marriage partner. It is not a dating or social networking service.
- The person a profile is for must be legally free to marry and of legal age: at least 21 years for men and 18 years for women. A parent, sibling, relative or friend may create the profile only with that person's knowledge and consent.
- The service is meant for families from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, wherever they live.
2. Your profile
- Everything you add must be true and up to date. Photos must be of the person the profile is for.
- Don't put phone numbers, emails or social media handles in your profile text or photos.
- We may edit, hide or remove profiles or photos that break these terms, and we review new profiles before they go live.
3. Respectful conduct
- No harassment, abuse, threats, or pressure of any kind.
- Never ask other members for money or financial details.
- Don't copy, share or publish other members' photos, contact details or messages outside the service.
- No commercial use: marriage bureaus, agents and advertisers may not use member accounts.
4. Plans and payments
- Basic membership is free. Paid plans are optional and are switched on by our team after the payment is confirmed.
- Plans last for the period shown and do not renew automatically. See our refund policy.
- Paid members verify their identity once (Aadhaar through DigiLocker with consent, or a call with our team) before chat and phone numbers open. Plan time starts when the plan is switched on.
- Pay only through the official payment details shown in your account. We are not responsible for payments made anywhere else.
5. Our role
We help families find and contact each other. We review profiles and verify members who ask, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of everything members write, or the outcome of any proposal. Please make your own enquiries, involve your family, and follow our safety tips before any commitment.
6. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings & privacy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the conduct of members or for losses arising from contact between members. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions? Contact us.
